good morning I am sleepy!

my head kinda hurts I think I'm coming down with a cold or something. Also there's an air advisory outside due to wildfires in the western part of the state (I am safe, quite far from the wildfires, though nebraska is in a drought rn and we have a burn ban in place because of this) so something is making my head hurt lol.

I just finished my therapy appointment. Mr Mittens was present, my therapist joked he was getting therapy too (he was getting petted and brushed, that's therapy for sure)

how are you, had coffee yet? I should have more myself...
