@wallhackio Yeah, this is one of the things that has to be patched in Slippi so that you don't get desyncs
They let him start with the Cyclone charged every time because he honestly does need it
@amy @wallhackio I do wonder if there are people at locals who are petty enough to see someone pick Luigi, and go "aw hell nah" and move themself to port 4
