@wallhackio Yeah, this is one of the things that has to be patched in Slippi so that you don't get desyncs
They let him start with the Cyclone charged every time because he honestly does need it
@wallhackio @amy I sort of feel this way with all fighting games
Like Marvel 2 is an unbalanced mess and might be a bit too far in that direction for me (although obviously everyone else loves the game); but I do think modern games can be a bit too reactionary with patches, sometimes. It's a careful balance.
