@wallhackio I'm assuming the language isn't Russian? At least I couldn't make out any familiar words. Might be the shouting, though, shouting makes things harder to understand in general (except for CHAAAAAAAAAAAAAR! 
in the end, that's understandable to any Pokémon fan)

@wallhackio I wouldn't be surprised if it's another language from the same wider language family. Polish or Czech or something. Something about the way he talks does sound familiar, had to listen multiple times to make sure, but I really can't make out any of the words.
