does anyone know a good music transcription tool that doesn't have hostile monetization

It might have actually been what I was using when I was doing some music stuff in the distant distant past...

@wallhackio oh! well give musescore a spin. i think it has some nags to use their online cloud crap but you can just use it for free and save files to your computer last i checked

@wallhackio it's kinda like... the one everybody uses unless they pay for the expensive crusty ones

@maple it has a lot of opportunities for me to spend money which is making me nervous but i'll give it a shot
