i saw a random comment on youtube that said they headcanon susie deltarune as ace and that honestly scans so well i wish i’d thought of that myself

on another note i feel like she’s at least a little bit nb. like “why’s it gotta be king and queen, whatever we are is way cooler” is pretty on the nose

(i also find that the romantic undertones in her dynamic with kris are surpurrisingly overt given how hard the game commits to suselle. like “we have super special secret adventures together in the closet, a secret shared just by us, and the fact that it’s a secret just makes it better” has undeniable romantic undertones right???)

@aescling i've seen people point out that the game goes out of its way to repeatedly make the point that "just because something is usually shared by two people doesn't mean it can't be shared by three", starting all the way back in chapter 1 where you have to join an existing project group. it also makes sure you understand the idea of a throuple via the funny roulx kaard jokes in chapter 3
