However, whales have a more streamlined shape for the water, they evolved not to have paws, but Vaporeon has paws and Vaporeon likes having paws (they allow Vaporeon to also walk on land and touch the computer)...
@aescling I was looking at pictures of whales some time ago and now I'm thinking of how Vaporeon tail looks like whale tail...
