Bibi has a warrant on him by the ICJ doesn't he? Mamdani would be fully within his rights to arrest him

@aescling Apparently the ICJ warrant isn't actually recognized by the US (which really says a lot of things about a lot of things) but he's looking for legal avenues anyway
