Normal Vaporeon behaviour (typing "List of Arduino" into the search engine)

Why did I even bother. The thing that I'm holding in my paws is clearly not an official Arduino, it's something else that contains an ATmega328P, and I've no clue how to identify it...

I have:
- Arduino Fio that I was hoping to program today, but it does not have the appropriate cables
- Unknown Arduino-like device with no identifying marks, which does expose a USBserial, but doesn't respond if I try avrdude -p m328p -c arduino -P /dev/ttyUSB0 -U signature:r:file.bin

Wait
I GOT IT
I can finally interact with the unknown Arduino-like device that contains an ATmega328P over avrdude! I didn't notice that I had to specify a baud rate of 57600 baud (that's a rather odd baud rate)...

Now back to what I actually wanted to do tonight (figuring out AVR assembly)...

Yay, an absolute-bare-minimum assembly test (making the LED connected to pin 13 turn on) worked! Next step: blinking...

I should probably just read through the datasheet of the ATmega328P...

Now that things work, I'm finally allowed to take a break

And now I notice that I feel... dizzy? headache? not good, but I hope it's just the fact that I haven't eaten anything for too long
