@aescling I know I complain about JavaScripts / "web apps" a lot, but Electron is even worse :clodsire_angy:

At least JavaScripts, I can choose to run them in Firefox
And it's not too unlikely that I already have Firefox open, so I'd assume it's less wasteful than loading a whole new copy of the browser...

@vaporeon_ the entire point of electron is to allow the developer to selectively break through the browser sandbox as desired, but i’m not exactly convinced that’s a feature
