Does vsync matter if your computer is too slow to draw the game at 60fps anyway?
If it's getting between 15 and 30 fps depending on the complexity of the level

@vaporeon_ when i emulate sonic unleashed (wii) i’ve seen some nasty screen tearing at moments where my computer is slightly off the frame target (which is somewhat often)
