@aescling @vaporeon_ basically the idea of a society in which there is no lack of any goods or resources, everything exists in abundance and everyone has their needs met
@aescling @vaporeon_ so all@basic needs (and probably many other commodities) would be possible or even trivial to produce and distribute at such a level that everyone has their needs met, meaning that supply >>> demand for everything (which is antithetical to the driving force of capitalism, where scarcity makes things valuable)
this is often associated with a society where work is no longer required to survive, because everyone has access to ample food, housing, etc.
