to you, and if it were up to you, what is the relationship between left/right and clockwise/counterclockwise?

@packbat right is clockwise to me primarily because of the context of working with my hands and wrists, which don't rotate 360 degrees - even 180 is a little uncomfy without the whole arm entering the picture

but yeah like my hands turn right to tighten a screw and left to loosen it - even if the screwdriver is fully rotating, my hands aren't

i think if it were solely up to me to devise education about it though i'd probably teach ppl of them as separate, related concepts

@MindmeshLink @packbat depending on what exactly is being educated i would heavily consider teaching that while they are not the same thing, you can devise reasonable mappings at least from clock motion to linear motion, if maybe more awkward in the other direction

basically i think too much like a mathematician on this point lol
