Okay it turns out CSP can't edit .svg files so what's a good program that does that, preferably one that's free since I'm just making silly bloblins

@coriander as far as i know the only major Free Software (tm) choice is inkscape. never used it so can't recommend it, or do whatever the opposite of recommending is called
