I think what we truly hate about Twitter is how many reply threads seem to exist for the sole purpose of shitting on the OP.

Listen, we read the comments. We wanna know how other people react to things we like. We want to see who's watching this music video in 2023. We want to hear the weird anecdotes. Comments have so much potential to be incredible and good.

...and Twitter wants directed assholery.
