does kim kelly not know the ADA is a shitty law

@manifold https://www.simonandschuster.com/books/Fight-Like-Hell/Kim-Kelly/9781982171056 has a chapter on disabled workers and at one point it mentions direct action taken to get the law passed and i was a bit surprised it didn’t mention the fact that people kind of hate the law
(she is at least very aware that there is absolutely a long way to go)
