i'm not here to tell you that dr. mario is a good character in super smash bros melee. that's patently ridiculous. he's playable. you have to be prepared to see him but he's solidly mid tier. like maybe upper mid but not good
what i am here to say is that dr. mario's sex kick is surprisingly potent
since some people are confused by the phrase "dr. mario's sex kick is surprisingly potent"
there are exceptions to all of these but a "sex kick" is traditionally a
- neutral aerial move
- the character sticks their leggy out real far
- has a hitbox that lasts a long time and slowly gets weaker
in dr mario's case the hitboxes actually get stronger over time so his is more accurately an "inverted sex kick" but whatever

okay so we know what a sex kick is but why is it called a sex kick
@aradinfinity @monorail years ago i read it was because the move has an “initial thrust” followed by an “extension”, though i’m not quite sure that actually makes sense as a sex act
