Accessibility note from a non-expert for people using #Qualtrics to create surveys:

Motion animation from interactions is an accessibility issue for some users - w3.org/WAI/WCAG21/Understandin discusses this in detail.

As of right now, Qualtrics offers an "Autoadvance" feature on surveys - qualtrics.com/support/survey-p - which specifically violates this criterion by scrolling the page to the next question after a response is entered. This will prevent some respondents from completing your surveys.

On a related note, reduce-motion options are available in a number of OSes and in Firefox specifically through the about:config ui.prefersReducedMotion preference: developer.mozilla.org/en-US/do

I cannot find instructions for how to manually enable this in Google Chrome without changing OS-level settings; if others know, please feel free to share.

As far as we can tell in a quick test, Qualtrics ignores this setting.
