the dialup.express nameserver change is going to take place tonight

it's being switched to https://dns.he.net where all dns records have already been transferred

if this is handled well, it shouldn't be very disruptive. it takes up to 48 hours for this kind of change to propagate, but i'm hoping that won't be much of an issue
