i really want to loosen the chokehold amazon has on me when it comes to ebooks and i'm considering buying a kobo colour reader but like what am i supposed to do about all the ebooks i already own and won't be able to transfer across? is piracy fine if you already own the ebook on a different device, where do ppl get non amazon ebooks etc etc

you can also try downloading a de-drm plugin so you can keep your existing collection
