I made a lot of good decisions today, but the best one was probably when I decided to dump a packet of instant mashed potatoes into the soup I was making

@twistylittlepassages yeah the weather took a sudden turn cold last night, so we are definitely those kinds of wanting nice warm winter foods here—no soup but we did have colcannon for dinner (mashed potatoes mixed with greens essentially) which is similarly warm and cozy
