There’s a new cafe near my house that has beautiful gluten free pastries made in a safe offsite kitchen. And i can’t eat any of them because they don’t have any protocols for avoiding cross contact once they get to the cafe. They sit mixed in with gluten pastries and they use the same tongs for both. I think it is very mean and i don’t like it.
