I've never seen glass blocks used for external windows. I guess they don't want to ever open them... or see anything clearly.

@weirdestate hey its still better than no windows at least!
we have a bubble glass external window in our bathroom and it does let a surprisingly decent amount of light through without really effecting the quality too badly
