If you can, get outdoors and into direct sunlight for at least 10 minutes, as soon as possible after waking up

there are some scientific reasons why this is probably good for you, but I can't remember them. Well, there is the vitamin d, but that's not dependent on what time of day you're in the sunlight. Is it something to with the effect of natural sunlight making some changes in brain chemistry??

I think of it as photosynthesising, even though I'm not a plant and don't have any chlorophyll (that I know of)
