I just received my first order from an online grocery store. The first time around, the delivery guy dropped it off without ringing the doorbell AND it was the wrong order. (I only knew it was there because I could hear him talking to our neighbor.)

To my horror, the wrong order included frozen crabs that were rapidly thawing (and we are a non-seafood household)

After we called customer service, our actual order was dropped off and the wrong one was picked up.

What feedback should I give?

@twotone i generally assume any negative feedback i give to a company that uses gig workers or minimum wage employees will just be used to make the employees lives worse without actually fixing the underlying systems that caused the mistake

@Satsuma I've gotten the strong impression that any customer feedback that isn't all 5 out of 5 is used to punish the employees. I just wasn't sure whether not leaving feedback at all would likewise cause trouble.
