@twotone lots of water & ginger tea (literally just dried or fresh ginger thats been steeped in boiling water) with or without lemon & honey are pretty consistent picks when I’m sick—Camellia sinensis type tea is only for the mornings bc caffeine keeps me up but I do continue drinking it while sick
Ginger ale / other sodas don’t make great comfort beverages for me personally so they rarely show up in the rotation
