@alis @runpunkrun also it seems fairly clear that the volunteer is asking about diversity stats for the *board* which. yeah actually considering their legal identities have to be public anyway they really should be collecting and publishing!
@alis @runpunkrun (obv that response would have been uh. extremely not okay even if they had been asking about the volunteering base at large. and also its entirely possible to ask people demographics questions in anonymized ways!)
