I wish I could change my Default State.
Like, if I'm not doing anything in particular, right now I scroll through social media.
it would be great if it were "grab a sketchpad/sketchbook and doodle", or something else creative.
Any suggestions how to go about this?
(real question if something comes to your mind immediately, but please don't do work on it)

@Anke at least for me, these sorts of defaults are a mix of habit and a sort of “path of least resistance” so if there are things you can change that make social media a little more difficult (having to log in every time?) or sketching a little easier (keep your sketching stuff all together in an easy to spot/grab spot?) that might help tip the scales a little bit
