Spent all day at union conference and it turns out people think I speak well and have great insight apparently lol
Also thanks pals, turns out experience with online moderation is more than a little bit applicable to arts & journalism unionism

I was given ten minutes to speak on a panel and basically spoke off the cuff and didn’t feel I hit all the points I wanted in the time nor pulled it together sufficiently but then like twenty people complimented me on my speech including the national secretary of the TWU and the CEO of my union
