TRAGIC: received a voicemail from Amtrak and there's not room for my bike on my train to New Orleans, but I can call to discuss shipping options. :/

I'm curious about how this happens -- what changed between when my ticket was sold and now?

@Satsuma yeah I'm obviously very ok with that if that's the case. The last time I took the bike on the train it was in its own space, handed up overhead on the platform, but maybe it's different for this line.
