@monorail There's definitely too much water but I also think that knocking points off a remake for how much water there was is a bit silly
@coriander imo you can rate a remake based on how much existing fans will like it or based on the game itself in a vacuum and if you're doing the latter i think it's fair to knock points off for "you're spending a really, really significant chunk of the game fighting tentacool" even if it was true originally
@monorail @coriander idk honestly i think they did an admirable job of attempting to fix this by letting you fly to any route on lati@s and not just pokémon centers
like i actually didn't spend that much time on the water in oras compared to the originals
