All these vanity TLDs are great for, like, small personal webpages and stuff (and that's not to knock small personal webpages, i think the internet would be better if we went back to everyone having their own small site), but having grown up when I did, I have a hard time trusting, like, bigger, more "serious" websites ending with anything other than .com or .org

Iunno maybe for younger people a company with a vanity TLD is cool and fun, I genuinely don't know, but to me it feels like the new .biz

Nobody ever trusted a .biz

Like, if I was the kind of person to have their own webpage in 2023, I would ABSOLUTELY have it on like a .town or .space or something silly like that

But if I ever went into business for myself, that site would be a .com

That's the difference
