i’m not one to bash on any religion but god do post-Protestants tire me
you think there are valuable aspects of religion and spirituality and want to cherish and uplift those, but have grown disaffected with the general Protestant Christian mentality and feel like it misses the point?

it’s really obvious and tiring when your sources of spiritual inspiration are all effaced versions of things liberal white people find acceptable and not genuine engagement with actual religious communities with real culture
