One thing that I really like about Wind Waker is the sense of community they created for Windfall Island. You spend so much time there it starts to feel like home and you're always doing stuff with the people there, helping them with problems, doing odd jobs, it just feels nice and cozy in a way that similar places in other Zelda games just never quite reach

@witchfynder_finder i think Twilight Princess has pretty good homey vibes in both Ordon Village and Kakariko but they’re also all traumatized from monster invasions so it’s a bit awkward
