Isn't the whole thing about Critical Race Theory that it's used as a framework for specific schools of legal study?
I mean actual Critical Race Theory and not
whatever Fox News and also liberals on Facebook think it is
Like as I understand it, it's a way lawmakers and also lawyers and other people interested in that general field look at the impact of historically-racist legislation on communities and individuals and apply that to current policy decisions and court cases
So, no, they aren't teaching Critical Race Theory at your child's middle school
