John Gruden, head coach for the Las Vegas Raiders, is out of the organization after roughly 7 years of emails displaying racist, homophobic, misogynistic content and worse have come to light. It's good to see the sport actually stand behind the slogans it pastes everywhere to seem progressive.
This sucks for the Raiders because Gruden is a great coach but this was incredibly the correct way to handle it
I hope they can recover their season
Officially he resigned but it really feels like a "You need to step down or you're fired" scenario
